Sittin Pretty Farm, along with our Merry Green Marvel summer youth camps, service learning opportunities and the Louisiana Swamp Camp, are the community outreach programs for our 501c3 non-profit, Further Along.

Further Along seeks to deepen and inspire our collective humanity through restoring our environment, service learning and supporting local communities.

Our programs and events are staffed primarily by volunteers to foster community engagement and to defray operational costs. Our Pizza Farm Nights raised over $21,000 in 2024 for local community non profits. Your support helps us to restore fragile ecosystems, provide financial aid to get our youth outdoors through our summer camps, to build community and to instill an ethic of giving back through our service learning projects.
